As part of the renovation of this sea-view residence, the client selected compressed fibre cement (CFC) for the balcony ceiling due to its suitability for exposed external areas. We installed the new CFC ceiling system and detailed the panel layout with expressed joints, creating a crisp, deliberate finish while maintaining clean separation between each sheet.
