This developer project consisted of a two-storey apartment development, with five apartments on each level. The upper and lower floors were delivered in separate stages, with the ceiling works required to fit within a particularly compressed construction programme.
To support the client’s schedule, we allocated two ceiling crews to the project and coordinated the works to maximise productivity across the five apartments. The team completed the ceiling installation to all five apartments within just two days.
The speed of delivery, combined with the ability to mobilise additional labour at short notice, made a strong impression on the client and resulted in very positive feedback on both our efficiency and overall project execution.
